Design Partner Program

A Design Partner path, without the leap of faith.

Genesis Community Systems is inviting a small number of U.S. community banks into a Design Partner program for a modern, managed core platform. You help shape how the system is set up and run, and you test it thoroughly before any conversion is binding.

The model

Commit to the process, not the conversion

The idea is simple. We do not ask you to convert first and hope it works out. We run a structured process where you prove the system out first, by checking the fit, testing the functions, and confirming the migration against criteria you help set.

We keep the number of partner banks small on purpose. That way each one gets direct attention from Genesis leadership instead of a ticket in a queue.

What Design Partners get

  • A real say in how the community-bank platform is configured
  • A full testing path before any conversion commitment
  • Standard setup, integration, and configuration inside the agreed scope
  • An operating model built to lower core cost and complexity
  • Direct access to Genesis leadership
Within the agreed scope, standard implementation, integration, configuration, and customization are part of the Design Partner process.

What we ask of you

What your bank brings to the table

Design Partners should be ready to work with us on process review, configuration feedback, testing, migration validation, and executive sign-off at each gate. It works best when the people who actually run your operations are in the room.

You are committing to evaluate, not to convert. The decision stays yours, and it comes after the testing, not before.

See if your bank is a fit

If your bank is looking at core modernization, let us set up a short call to talk through your goals and whether this path makes sense for you.
