Scope and acceptance criteria
The parties define the Design Partner scope, success criteria, UAT criteria, migration criteria, and decision gates.
Configuration and validation
Genesis prepares the environment and works with the bank to validate processes, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
UAT and migration readiness
The bank tests the environment and migration approach against agreed criteria.
Conversion decision
The bank moves toward conversion only after agreed acceptance criteria are met, subject to definitive agreements.
